As a part of my commitment to provide the best possible customer experience, I’ve made the decision to move to a new course platform. Here’s everything you need to know…
Why are you moving to a new course platform?
The other platform served me well for several years, but it had some unresolved issues that made for a poor customer experience. ProductDyno offers a nicer user interface as well as better integrations with other systems.
What can I expect as the move happens?
My team has finished importing everyone into Product Dyno. You can now visit the new member portal to reset your password.

Your username there is the email you used when you purchased your products.
Will all my courses be moved?
Yes. We have moved all existing courses including our free resources to the new platform, and you should have access to all your past purchases. If you feel something is missing, please open a ticket and let us know so we can investigate.
Where do I go to log in?
You’ll find all your courses under a single log in here: https://contentprofits.productdyno.com
What if I have issues accessing my purchases?
Please open a ticket here and use the subject line “Product Dyno Access” and someone will get back to you as quickly as possible.
When will the old course platform close?
You’ll be able to access all your courses on the old member site through January 31, 2021. After that, you’ll need to log into the new platform to access your products. You do not need to download any content from the old platform. You will have access to all your courses on the new platform.
